Tracking Your Prescription

royal-mailAll orders have a 13 character unique tracking number, which will be sent to you with your dispatch confirmation e-mail. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your order using the Royal Mail Track and Trace Service.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Once we have spoken to you on the phone to confirm your private prescription and taken payment, we will dispatch your order. Once we have dispatched your order, we will send you an email containing your order details and tracking number. This email will be sent to the email address you registered on the repeat prescription manager or put on the private prescription quote form. Please let us know if you would like to use an alternate address.

What should I do if I don’t receive my delivery?

If you have not received your order when you expected to there are a few steps you can take to try and find out where it is:

  1. Firstly, use the Track and Trace service to see the status of your order.
  2. If you live or work in a communal building, check to see if your parcel has been delivered to the reception or office.
  3. If you were out when the item was due to be delivered check to see if the postal officer has left you a card or left the item with a neighbour.

This is an example of a card the post person should have left if you were not available to sign for your item:

If you have tried the above and are still unable to locate your parcel then please contact us and we will be happy to help you.

Please Note: We can not make a claim with Royal Mail for a lost or incorrectly delivered item until 15 working days have elapsed from the postage date. In the rare case a parcel does not arrive in the delivery period expected we will not be able to re-dispatch or refund an order until the 15 day period has passed.
