Complaints Procedure

Whilst we do everything in our power to ensure our customers enjoy the highest levels of customer service when visiting our pharmacy, occasionally things can go wrong.

If you are not happy with the service you have received from our pharmacy we really would like to hear from you. We aim to put things right whenever we can and to prevent the same thing happening in the future. If you are not happy with any aspect of London Doctors Pharmacy’s service provision, either in our store or online, please use the “contact us” page to report your issues to us.

If appropriate, contact the pharmacist at the pharmacy, he or she should try and resolve the complaint for you. We will respond to all complaints within 10 days but usually within 72 hours.
